The (Quick) Backstory

I built my first business while raising my son, walking away from underpaid corporate jobs that kept laying me off, and eventually realizing the version of success I was chasing didn’t actually feel like freedom.

I scaled fast. Built the big offers. Hit the numbers.

But somewhere between the strategy calls and the constant striving, my body started keeping score.

Despite all the “right” things—therapy, journaling, reiki, pilates, breathwork, self-care Sundays—my stress was showing up as gut issues, exhaustion, and a quiet sense of emptiness that no milestone could fix.

So I stopped chasing the next level and started designing a life that could hold the one I already had.

When I built systems and rhythms that matched my real energy—not the internet’s expectations—everything shifted.

Now I run a business that moves even when I don’t, make sales from content I posted last year, and create rituals that help other ambitious women do the same—with more peace, pleasure, and play.

These days, success looks like slow mornings with matcha, solo dates that refill me, and a body that finally feels as supported as my business.
